These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Supersonic Radar, an online service provided by Supersonic Siddiqi Online Solutions (Mag. Adnan Ahmad Siddiqi). By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Supersonic Radar is an AI-powered website analysis tool that evaluates websites across areas including SEO, performance, GDPR compliance, technical quality, and other dimensions, providing actionable recommendations. Analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and may contain inaccuracies.

The service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). We reserve the right to modify or expand the scope of features at any time.

• Registration is free. Credits are required to use certain features.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• Each natural or legal person may hold only one account.
• Providing false information during registration entitles us to immediately suspend your account.

• Analyses are charged in credits. Newly registered users receive 10 free starter credits.
• A payment function is currently not available — paid credit packages are in preparation.

By using the service, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the provided analysis results for your own business or personal purposes.

Resale, licensing, or commercial exploitation of analysis reports without written permission is prohibited.

• You may only analyse websites for which you have authorisation (your own or client websites).
• Automated bulk queries without prior permission are prohibited.
• Misuse of the service (e.g. for competitive espionage against third parties) is strictly forbidden.

We aim for 99% uptime. Brief maintenance windows are possible and do not give rise to any entitlement to credit refunds or damages.

As a consumer within the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal expires once the digital service has been fully provided, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

Should paid credits be introduced in the future, by purchasing credits and initiating an analysis, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal upon full delivery.

Analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence (xAI Grok). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. Results do not replace professional legal, SEO, or technical advice. We are not liable for damages resulting from the implementation of AI-generated recommendations.

Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. Austrian law applies in all other respects.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Vienna, Austria.
